Our approach

Three providers, one practice

Beckett Ridge Family Medicine is staffed by a board-certified family physician, a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and a certified physician assistant. All three see patients of all ages for acute visits, preventive care, and ongoing management of chronic conditions, so you can usually be seen by the practice even when your preferred provider is booked.

Meet our providers

Dr. Chris Diatte M.D

Board Certified — Family Practice & Sports Medicine

Dr. Diatte was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He graduated from James Lyck High School and then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology at San Jose State University. He graduated in 1985 and the same year was accepted to the Oral Roberts University School of Medicine, graduating in 1989. Dr. Diatte completed his first year of residency at City of Faith Hospital in Tulsa before transferring to the Medical College of Ohio to complete his training.

After relocating his family to the Cincinnati area in 1993, Dr. Diatte completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship with St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He became Board-Certified in Sports Medicine and used his passion while his kids were growing up to volunteer and work with various high school athletic teams. Dr. Diatte also is Board Certified in Family Practice and has been with Beckett Ridge Family Medicine since 1995.

In his free time Dr. Diatte enjoys spending time with his wife, Koreen, and their six children. He also loves being called Grandpa by his grandchildren. During the summer months he enjoys time away at the lake skiing and wake surfing.

Kimberley Butts CNP-F

Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Kim Butts is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, credentialed through the Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Kim graduated with her Diploma of Nursing from Christ College of Nursing in 2003. She received both her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati.

Kim began her nursing career at the Christ Hospital Emergency Department in 2003. After graduating with her Masters of Science Degree, she began her career as a Nurse Practitioner at St. Elizabeth Hospital Emergency Room Department and Doctor's Urgent Care Offices. She has cared for a wide range of patients and in 2016 was delighted to accept a position at Beckett Ridge Family Medicine where she could integrate her compassion and knowledge of medicine into a long-term relationship with her patients.

Kim enjoys many outdoor activities including camping, hiking and boating. Most importantly, Kim enjoys spending time with her daughter, Peyton. They both share a love of horses and spend many hours riding, showing, and jumping their horses, Max and Barron.

Luke Manis, PA-C

Certified Physician Assistant

We are excited to introduce Luke Manis, a Certified Physician Assistant who has recently joined our team at Beckett Ridge Family Medicine. Originally from Troy, Ohio, Luke brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to patient care. He earned his Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercy College of Ohio in August 2024, following his Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Science from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Luke has a strong foundation in sports medicine and orthopedics, having been a certified personal trainer since 2014.

His passion for family medicine stems from his desire to build meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their needs, and supporting them in maintaining their health and wellness. Outside of work, Luke enjoys staying active, whether it's working out, playing basketball, or jogging around West Chester with his two golden retrievers, Lily and Luna. He and his fiancé, who is a kindergarten teacher, love spending time outdoors and spoiling their dogs with hikes, toys, and treats. Luke is thrilled to be part of our practice and looks forward to providing compassionate care to you and your family.
