A family practice in West Chester Township since 1995

Beckett Ridge Family Medicine has cared for patients at 4870 Wunnenberg Way in West Chester Township, Butler County, since 1995. We are an independent family practice. That means one office, one care team and providers who get to know you and your family over time.

Dr. Chris Diatte has been with the practice since 1995. Some of our patients have been coming to us for more than 20 years.

Our providers see patients of all ages. They handle sick visits, checkups and physicals, and the ongoing care of long-term conditions. When you call (513) 860-4600, you reach our own front desk.

Why we added care for cognitive decline

Dr. Diatte saw family members struggle with these illnesses when conventional treatment didn't help. That is why he brought these approaches into the practice.

We are a family practice first. For memory loss and cognitive decline, and for conditions that can contribute to it, such as persistent symptoms after Lyme disease, mold-related illness, long COVID and heavy metal toxicity, we use a functional medicine–informed approach alongside conventional care. This kind of care takes time. Your provider looks closely at your history, your symptoms and the factors in your life that may be adding to how you feel. Then you get a personalized plan, with lab work as needed and regular follow-up.

We bill your health insurance for these visits, the same way we do for primary care. What your plan pays for depends on your plan. Our insurance and billing page explains how it works.

Training in the Bredesen Protocol® and peptide therapy

Dr. Diatte is trained in the Bredesen Protocol®. It is a personalized approach to memory care that looks for and addresses factors that can contribute to cognitive decline. The evidence for it comes mostly from small, uncontrolled reports, and research is ongoing. We explain this openly so you can decide what's right for you. Learn more about our memory and cognitive health care.

Our care team is also trained in peptide therapy. Most wellness peptides are not FDA-approved, and the rules for them are under FDA review. Your provider will talk with you about whether you may be a candidate and how any treatment would be prescribed and monitored. See peptide therapy for more.

What it means to be independent

As an independent practice, your care decisions are made here, by your providers, together with you. We decide how to run our schedule, how much time a visit needs and which approaches to offer.

Being independent doesn't mean working alone. When you need a specialist, we'll tell you and help coordinate your care. We work alongside specialists so that you get the right care at the right time.

Our care team

Our three providers all see patients of all ages for acute, preventive and chronic care. Dr. Diatte is board certified in Family Practice and in Sports Medicine. He is joined by two board-certified family nurse practitioners. You can read more about each of them on our providers page.

Everyday care, and help with complex symptoms

Most of our patients come to us for everyday family medicine. Some come for help with complex symptoms that haven't been explained. Many use both.

  • Primary care for the whole family. Physicals, sick visits, children's care, women's and men's health, and long-term care for conditions like diabetes. See our primary care services.
  • Cognitive decline care. A functional medicine–informed look at memory loss, Lyme and tick-borne illness, mold-related illness, long COVID and heavy metal toxicity. See our cognitive decline care.

Because both kinds of care happen in the same office, your providers can see the full picture of your health.
